About The Position

The Warehouse Associate - Pallet Wrapper prepares customer orders and packages for timely shipment, receives products, and stages them for quality checks. The role prepares finished products for transport by wrapping and organizing pallets, using scanners and material-handling equipment, and following applicable safety procedures. The position is located at 349 Lafe Cox Dr., Johnson City, TN 37604, and is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Quality-driven approach and good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for final transport, ensuring pallets are stable, secure, and documented.
• Operate an automatic pallet wrapper to apply stretch wrap for safe transport.
• Use an RFID scanner to close production jobs, count, and label finished products.
• Organize and stage wrapped pallets by product type in assigned locations.
• Operate a pallet jack to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and effective teamwork in all tasks.
• Follow all applicable policies and safety procedures.
• Receive products and stage them for quality checks.
