About The Position
Flowly Solutions is seeking a dedicated, energetic Warehouse Packer for a hands-on role supporting its daily logistics pipeline. The position ensures outgoing orders are securely prepared, accurate, and ready for prompt delivery in a clean, supportive environment where quality is important. The Warehouse Packer wraps, protects, and packs goods to customer specifications; verifies orders against packing slips; prepares shipping labels and outbound freight; and moves pallets to shipping bays. The role also includes basic inventory checks, maintaining a clean and stocked workstation, following safety guidelines, and working with warehouse colleagues to meet daily shipping targets. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with weekends off. Voluntary overtime is available during high-volume periods. Compensation is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, with performance-based monthly incentive bonuses and a benefits package.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Comfort using or ability to quickly learn handheld scanners and basic computer shipping software.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Background in warehouse packing, assembly, or retail fulfillment; motivated candidates without this background will be trained.
Responsibilities
- Wrap, protect, and pack outgoing goods according to customer specifications.
- Check orders against packing slips for accuracy before sealing boxes.
- Print and apply shipping labels, secure boxes, and stack outbound freight onto pallets.
- Move prepared pallets to shipping bays using manual pallet jacks and staging equipment.
- Perform basic inventory checks and alert supervisors about missing items or damaged goods.
- Keep the packing workstation clean, stocked, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with warehouse colleagues to meet daily shipping targets.
