Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics; experience in CPG, supplements, or e-commerce is ideal.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience working in a regulated warehouse, such as an FDA, GMP, or quality-controlled environment.
• Understanding of shipping carriers, label printing, and order tracking systems.
• Exposure to inventory cycle counts and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming stock; update counts and report discrepancies.
• Prepare products for carriers, verify incoming shipments, and ensure timely outbound processing.
• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, condition, and compliance with brand and GMP standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas and follow inventory placement procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and promptly report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Complete paperwork or system entries for order tracking and inventory updates.
