About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join the Decorative Films team. The role prepares decorative film products for shipment by ensuring orders are accurately packed, labeled, and staged for delivery. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, maintains a safe work environment, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The position is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, with exposure to moving equipment and warehouse traffic. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Year-round transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or shipping software.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Package decorative film products according to customer and company specifications.
- Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and damage before shipment.
- Apply labels, documentation, and shipping paperwork correctly.
- Prepare finished goods for domestic and international shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
- Build pallets and secure loads for safe transportation.
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and material movement activities.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily objectives.
