About The Position

The Warehouse Packer picks, packs, and prepares customer orders accurately and efficiently. The role involves selecting the correct items from work orders or other shipping instructions, inspecting products, packaging them securely, and labeling, scanning, and staging completed orders for shipment. The position also uses warehouse technology to track inventory and orders, and requires counting, sorting, and verifying products against order requirements. The position is based in the Arlington, Texas area and follows a Monday–Friday day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Able to pass a background check.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Able to work in the United States.
Ability to read and follow work orders, labels, and written instructions.
Basic math and counting skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse technology after training.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse packer experience is preferred.
