About The Position

This entry-level, full-time warehouse position is based at Fastenal’s distribution center at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. The role helps move products from the distribution center to company-owned branches by picking requested quantities, packing orders, printing routing labels, and moving products to the next department by hand, pallet jack, or forklift. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

The base pay range is $40,000–$43,000, and the position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.

• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 100 pounds.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and pack products efficiently and accurately.
