About The Position

The Warehouse Packer prepares and packs frozen meals for shipment, ensuring that items are accurately labeled and packaged according to company standards. The role involves picking and packing orders, checking order details and product quality, maintaining an organized work area, assisting with inventory tasks, and coordinating with team members to meet shipping deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when packing orders.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving packages.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage packaging schedules.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Must pass criminal background checks.
• Must pass drug screening with a negative result.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
