About The Position

Acloche is hiring Packers in Delaware for temp-to-hire opportunities in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing and packing products for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and shrink-wrapping materials. Packers maintain a clean, organized work area and promptly report issues or concerns to the Supervisor. The listed hours are 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Requirements

• English is required; Spanish-only speakers may be paired with a bilingual supervisor when available.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Nice To Haves

• One year or more of warehouse, packaging, or related experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for shipment by boxing and labeling items.
• Pack products securely into designated containers.
• Shrink-wrap materials to ensure safe transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Promptly report issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
