About The Position

The Warehouse Associate performs general warehouse duties to fulfill customer orders and may work in any area of the distribution center, including receiving, shipping, order filling, stocking, returns, or packing. No experience is necessary. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime. The position is based at the Windsor, Vermont headquarters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures.
• Ability to work productively as part of a team with a wide range of people.
• Communication proficiency.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform active work involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in an environment with dust and fluctuating temperatures, including heat in summer and cold in winter.

Responsibilities

• Pick, clean, and gift-box customer orders.
• Box and ship orders safely using UPS and FedEx software.
• Pack products for transportation to the main distribution center and retail stores.
• Unpack totes to restock shelves.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform warehouse duties in areas including receiving, shipping, order filling, stocking, returns, and packing.
