About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Hazelwood, Missouri location. The role contributes to smooth warehouse operations by handling packages with a focus on quality and safety. Package Handlers unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery. Employees work as part of a team in a safe and clean environment. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour. The shift offers seven-day availability, with shift times from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sorting work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
