About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to a smooth-running warehouse by maintaining quality and following safety protocols. Duties include unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. Teamwork is important, as employees work together to complete the job.

The position is at 13301 4 Mile Rd., Caledonia, WI 53216, and pays $18.00 per hour. The stated shift times are 4:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m. or until the end of sort. The schedule requires availability seven days a week, and hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
