About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at 1555 Tahoe Court, Redding, CA 96003. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The posted pay is $16.90 per hour. Shifts are listed as 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., with schedules of Sunday–Friday or Saturday–Thursday. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Work cooperatively as part of the team.
