About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. Package Handlers unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery while working together as a team. The posted schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.; hours may vary based on business needs. The end of sort is the completion of all required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The position is located at 41460 Boyce Rd., Fremont, CA 94538, and pays $20 per hour with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is OnTrac’s first core value.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to get the job done.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
