About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with an emphasis on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The position is located at 9860 W Ferguson Ave, #B, Visalia, CA 93291 and pays $17.90 per hour, with weekly pay. The schedule is Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM; employees must be able to start as early as 12:00 PM. The position is approximately 20–25 hours per week, and hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and prioritize safety while performing warehouse work.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
