Warehouse Package Handler
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to smooth warehouse functioning by focusing on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip code, and loading trucks for delivery, while working collaboratively with the operations team. The position is located at 3872 Logistics Way, Bldg. 3 Ste 301, Antioch, TN 37013, and pays $20.00 per hour. Available schedules are Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Friday–Monday, with a shift of 1:00 AM–5:30 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stay on your feet while working.
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions where temperatures vary by season, including heat and cold.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
- Load trucks for deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
