About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to join its warehouse operations team. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. Employees work together as a team to complete the required sort work and cleanup activities. The advertised location is 41460 Boyce Rd., Fremont, CA 94538. Pay is $20 per hour, paid weekly. The listed shift is Thursday through Saturday, 1 PM to 9 PM, though hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
