About The Position

Alliance Beverage is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector for a first-shift role. Selectors pick orders by headset in a climate-controlled warehouse and must be able to become certified on a hi-lo and a walkie rider. The job involves repeated lifting and bending, including handling cases and kegs weighing up to 165 pounds, and may include other duties as assigned.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until work is complete; weekend work is extremely rare. Warehouse Selectors earn $24.25 per hour after the probationary period, with a pay-for-performance scale that can add $2.00–$3.00 per hour based on performance.

Alliance Beverage was formed in 2013 through the merger of Kent Beverage and B&B Beer. It serves more than 6,000 customers across Western Michigan and has three distribution centers and six sales offices. Requirements

• Ability to pass a physical; the job involves picking cases throughout the shift.
• Self-motivated and team-motivated.
• Basic math skills to verify orders.
