About The Position
CVS Health is seeking a reliable Order Selector to join its distribution team. The role involves accurately selecting merchandise from store orders and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, safety, and quality. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours, and is identified as 1st shift. The typical pay range is $16.00–$28.84. Actual offers depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
- Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
- Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following safety guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
- Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
