About The Position

As an order selector, you pick individual pieces of merchandise into totes or boxes for stores. You maintain accuracy and performance to meet store-order needs while following safe work practices. You may work in other warehouse areas or functions as needed. This is a split-case, first-shift position scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with 40 anticipated weekly hours.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.
Ability to work overtime.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience.
High school education or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Read store orders on a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and required quantities.
Select the requested merchandise and place it into a tote or box.
Move merchandise totes or boxes weighing up to 30–50 pounds regularly, using safe lifting techniques.
Maintain a high level of accuracy when selecting merchandise.
Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees.
Meet or exceed performance standards of 100%.
Clean work zones at the end of each shift.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Cross-train in other warehouse duties as necessary.
Comply with all CVS Health warehouse policies and procedures.
