About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented part-time Pharmacy Order Selector to join its distribution team. The role involves accurately selecting and preparing pharmacy orders for shipment while following safety and regulatory standards. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., for 24 anticipated weekly hours. The position offers a typical pay range of $16.00 to $23.56 per hour. The actual offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in pharmacy or distribution preferred (0–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack pharmacy orders based on system-generated lists.
• Verify product information, lot numbers, and expiration dates to ensure compliance.
• Prepare orders for shipment by labeling and securing packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse and compliance duties.
