About The Position

As an order selector, you will pick individual pieces of merchandise into a tote or box for stores. You will maintain high levels of accuracy and performance to meet store order needs while following safe work practices. You may work in other warehouse areas or functions as needed. This is a split-case first-shift position, scheduled from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.
• Ability to work overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience.
• High school education or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read store orders on a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Select the required merchandise and place it into a tote or box.
• Move merchandise totes or boxes, regularly weighing up to 30–50 pounds, using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when selecting merchandise.
• Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees.
• Meet or exceed performance standards of 100%.
• Keep work zones clean at the end of each shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as necessary.
• Comply with CVS Health warehouse policies and procedures.
