About The Position
CVS Health is hiring an Order Selector to help fulfill store orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy and performance while meeting store needs and following safe work practices. This is a full-time first-shift position, scheduled 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour; the listed pay range is $16.00 to $26.21 per hour.
Requirements
- Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Compile store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, using item locations, descriptions, and required quantities.
- Gather merchandise and place it properly into totes or boxes.
- Load totes or merchandise boxes weighing up to 30–50 pounds using safe lifting techniques.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
- Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas and aisles clear of debris.
- Complete routine distribution assignments and apply basic problem-solving as needed.
- Follow company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods for daily tasks.
- Enter data for items coming in and going out to complete picking and packaging tasks.
