About The Position

InterAction24 is hiring an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Order Selector for an established food distribution facility in Dallas, Texas. The role involves accurately selecting customer orders in refrigerated and frozen warehouse environments. The position starts at 6:30 PM and works five nights per week, with shifts lasting approximately 6–12 hours depending on daily order volume. Employment is temporary-to-hire, with potential for long-term employment. Candidates must complete an onsite interview and pass a basic math assessment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or order selection experience.
• Hands-on experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ability to read and understand English product labels and written instructions.
• Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to pass a basic math assessment.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and frozen warehouse environments.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Availability for night shifts with variable ending times.
• Must complete an onsite interview.

• Previous food distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, count, and prepare boxed food products for customer orders.
• Operate pallet jacks for daily order selection and forklifts when needed to retrieve inventory.
• Read product labels, order instructions, and case quantities accurately.
• Perform basic math calculations involving cases, pallets, and product quantities.
• Maintain safe, organized, and productive warehouse operations.
• Follow supervisor instructions and established safety procedures.
