About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, preparing, and staging customer beverage orders in an overnight warehouse setting. The role ensures orders are complete, organized, and ready for delivery while meeting safety and quality standards. The position is based in Everett, Massachusetts, reports to the Warehouse Supervisor, and is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt.

The schedule is Sunday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Monday through Thursday from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. Availability to work overtime when needed is required. Compensation starts at $24.00 per hour, with a stated pay range of $24.00 to $28.00 per hour. The posting also states that pay increases to $25 per hour after 90 days based on a good-standing performance scorecard.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of warehouse or order-picking experience.
• Ability to reliably work overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order-tracking systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage beverage orders according to daily schedules and work instructions.
• Verify selected products for correct quantities, quality, and SKU numbers.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory as needed.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts if certified.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Stay current with required safety training.
