About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, preparing, and staging customer beverage orders in an overnight warehouse setting. The role ensures orders are complete, organized, and ready for delivery while meeting safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position in Everett, Massachusetts, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. The schedule is Sunday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Monday through Thursday from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., with availability for overtime when needed. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with a stated pay range of $24.00 to $28.00 per hour and an increase to $25.00 per hour after 90 days based on good-standing performance scorecard.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of warehouse or order-picking experience.
Ability to work overnight shifts reliably.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills for inventory and order-tracking systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and stage beverage orders according to daily schedules and work instructions.
Verify product selection for correct quantities, quality, and SKU numbers.
Maintain organized and clean work areas to support efficient warehouse operations.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory as needed.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts if certified.
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Stay current with required safety training.
