About The Position

Night Warehouse Associates pick and prepare customer orders accurately for the delivery team. Teamwork is critical to success in this role. The position operates mostly indoors, with occasional outdoor work. Days and hours vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate safety-mindedness, active listening, accountability, and integrity.

• Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Have effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Read, write, and communicate in English to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Meet the physical demands of repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds and lifting up to 165 pounds; bending, stooping, crouching, squatting, using arms, wrists, and hands, grasping, and hearing.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience.
• Experience using a pallet jack.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/or other provided technology.
• Perform duties related to shipping and picking products from stock to pallets.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior consistent with the Company's Core Values when working with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
• Complete other assigned tasks or projects.
