The Warehouse Order Selector uses a voice pick system to select orders accurately and promptly, filling totes in the correct sequence. The role involves learning warehouse aisles and sections, identifying products and their locations, and matching product UPC codes with instructions from a picking remote listening device. Pick tags are positioned on products to facilitate deliveries. The ideal candidate works hard, pays close attention to detail, acts with urgency, and works well as part of a team. This is a swing shift scheduled Sunday through Thursday, starting at 3:00 PM and continuing until work is complete. Shift end times may vary based on volume. Pay is $18.00–$21.15 per hour, with weekly incentives of up to $4 per hour based on attendance, teamwork, and productivity.
