Warehouse Operations Specialist
About The Position
The Warehouse Operations Specialist administers and operates the organization’s warehouses, including the processing, destruction, and storage of physical assets. The role accounts for assets in store facilities and audits goods received into the warehouse. It oversees the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of assets, along with related reporting, in accordance with established procedures. The position also prepares and coordinates shipping and receiving schedules to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space, and ensures effective operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Administer and operate warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of physical assets.
- Account for assets in store facilities and audit goods received into the warehouse.
