About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Specialist provides decision support, business forecasting, operational planning, ongoing business modeling, and analysis focused on provider operations. The Specialist serves as a business partner to Network Operations, Provider Relations Representatives, Retail Relationship Coordinators, Inventory & Merchandising, and the Manager of Provider Engagement. The role provides daily departmental operational support; prepares routine and ad hoc operational, inventory, and expense analyses; manages provider questions and issue resolution; monitors frame and safety collections; coordinates tower collection processes; and performs hands-on kit-building and shipment tasks. The Specialist also collaborates with external vendors and presents data to support decision-making. Associates must comply with HIPAA requirements and company privacy and security guidelines. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years of experience working in a fast-paced, professional work environment.
One year of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to perform analytical mathematics using standard units of measurement.
Ability to use tools, systems, and technology relevant to the role.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Ability to stand, use hands and fingers to handle, feel, pick, or pinch, and talk or hear most of the time; occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; and frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day departmental operational support, working closely with the VP of Supply Chain Management, Strategic Delivery Manager Supply Chain, Provider Engagement Manager, and Inventory & Merchandising department.
Prepare operational reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Prepare ad hoc operational and inventory modeling and analysis, and monitor expense reports.
Interpret results using techniques including simple data aggregation and statistical analysis.
Assist others with ad hoc analysis projects.
Answer Versant Health managed care questions or direct provider questions to the appropriate party; manage responses and resolve issues.
Determine and monitor the amount of outgoing monthly frame collections and safety collections, including monthly tracking and usage reporting.
Manage the tower collection process, including outbound collections and returns.
Import, clean, transform, validate, and/or model data for decision-making purposes; present data in charts, graphs, and tables.
Perform hands-on operational tasks related to tower kit builds and shipments of the Exclusive Collection to the provider network.
Collaborate with external vendors to support the success of programs and initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
