About The Position
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, B2B, DTC, production/VAS, safety, labor, and performance metrics. The role is with AELogistix/Shiplogiq at the Perris, California site and reports to the VP of Warehousing, West Coast. The position description is not all-inclusive, and management may modify, add, or remove duties as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of warehouse or 3PL operations experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-client environments.
- KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse departments and managers.
- Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures across all functions.
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Lead performance reviews and team development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
