About The Position

The Warehouse & Material Handling Administrator coordinates internal logistics-related removals of goods from stock, manages reusable customer packaging in dispatch and repacking areas, and helps maintain accurate warehouse inventory and SAP WM/MM master data. The role also carries out material requisitions, coordinates forklift maintenance intervals, reports errors or unclear process steps to the Manager, and contributes to continuous improvement in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize internal logistics-related removals of goods from stock.
• Check the availability of reusable customer packaging and organize it in the dispatch and repacking area.
• Analyze and eliminate causes of discrepancies between warehouse inventory and the system.
• Correct warehouse inventory as instructed by the Manager.
• Manually execute material requisitions as instructed by the Manager or internal points of contact.
• Check and comply with forklift truck maintenance intervals in coordination with Maintenance.
• Maintain, track, and correct master data relating to SAP WM/MM.
• Inform the Manager about errors or unclear process steps.
• Actively participate in continuous improvements and solutions to problems within the assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
