About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler manually loads trucks with products for delivery to customers. The role involves lifting, lowering, and carrying products in a fast-paced warehouse, stacking empty pallets, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Safety is a top priority, and the handler is expected to follow safe work practices and embrace the company’s safety culture. The position is scheduled from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of related warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift; overtime is required based on business need for full-time associates.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to become MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment as required.
• Ability and willingness to keep the work area clean.
• Ability to adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
• Inclusive approach to colleagues and customers to build relationships and collaborate on resolving issues.
