About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler manually loads trucks with products for delivery to customers. The role involves lifting, lowering, carrying products, stacking empty pallets, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace in a fast-paced warehouse. Safety is a priority, and the associate is expected to follow safe work practices and contribute to the company’s safety culture. The work schedule is 9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

At least 3 months of related warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
Ability to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift; overtime is required based on business need.
Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
Must wear safety composite shoes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to obtain MHEO certification and safely operate necessary material handling equipment as required.
Ability and willingness to keep the work area clean.
Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly and follow safe work practices.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
