WAREHOUSE MANAGER - GARDEN GROVE, CA
About The Position
As a Warehouse Manager, you will supervise and coordinate a team of order builders. You will help maintain inventory and product distribution while ensuring quality, cleanliness, merchandising, customer service, and company policies and programs are upheld. This role also reviews service frequencies and adjusts warehouse structure and staffing to support productivity, control overtime compensation, and ensure adequate daily labor. The position is based in Garden Grove, California, and follows a Wednesday-through-Sunday schedule from 3 p.m. to midnight. The listed salary is $70,304–$77,625 per year, with a yearly bonus opportunity. Canteen is a member of Compass Group USA.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience.
- Experience in warehouse work, facilities maintenance, support services, the military, and/or housekeeping.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
