Warehouse Management Trainee
About The Position
Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Trainee for its Reno branch. The role provides hands-on experience learning warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program. Trainees work across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments and develop the skills needed to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed during the rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, or Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM. The role is safety-sensitive for drug-testing purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
