Warehouse Management Trainee
About The Position
The Warehouse Management Trainee completes an 18-month rotational program to learn warehouse operations management and leadership through hands-on, on-the-job experience. The trainee rotates through inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams and develops the skills needed to uphold high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. The role also includes completing forklift and warehouse equipment certifications. The position is based at Uline’s Washington Branch in Lacey, Washington, and is on-site. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Master warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
- Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams.
- Develop warehouse management skills to uphold high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
