About The Position

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Trainee for its Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. In this 18-month rotational program, the trainee will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and leadership, learning across inbound, outbound, and supporting teams. The role focuses on developing warehouse management skills to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed during the rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Pay is $32 to $36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, with growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month rotational program to learn all aspects of warehouse operations management through on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams.
• Develop warehouse management skills to uphold high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
