About The Position
Uline is seeking a Warehouse Management Intern for Summer 2027 at its Lacey, Washington warehouse. The paid internship provides hands-on training and experience across warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities. Interns work with a mentor on warehouse improvement projects and learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a potential future leadership role. The role is full-time and on-site.
Requirements
- Must be a college student with Junior status.
- Seeking a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a future leadership role.
- Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
- Perform warehouse functions such as packing, picking, and inventory control.
