About The Position
Uline is hiring a paid Warehouse Management Intern for Summer 2027 at its Kenosha, Wisconsin warehouse. The internship provides hands-on training and real-world experience in warehouse operations, with mentorship and opportunities to develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Interns learn about warehouse departments and contribute to operational improvement projects while preparing for potential future leadership opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a college student with junior status.
- Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a future leadership role.
- Partner with a mentor on warehouse operations improvement projects.
- Perform warehouse functions, including packing, picking, and inventory control.
