About The Position
Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Intern for Summer 2027 at its Kenosha, Wisconsin warehouse. This paid internship provides hands-on training and real-world experience across warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Interns work with a mentor on operational improvement projects, build leadership and teamwork skills, and learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a potential future leadership role. Requirements
- Open only to college students with junior status.
- Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a future leadership role.
- Partner with a mentor on warehouse operations improvement projects.
- Perform warehouse functions, including packing, picking, and inventory control.
