Warehouse Management Internship - Summer 2027
About The Position
Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Intern for Summer 2027 at its Etna, Ohio warehouse. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on training and experience across warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Interns learn from mentors and Uline management, develop leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills, and contribute to projects that support efficient operations and customer service. The internship is intended for junior-status college students seeking a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain. Compensation is $22 per hour. All positions are on-site.
Requirements
- Must be a junior-status college student.
- Must be seeking a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control and facilities.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a future leadership role.
- Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
- Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking and inventory control.
