About The Position
Uline is hiring a paid Warehouse Management Intern for Summer 2027 at its Etna, Ohio warehouse. The internship provides hands-on training in warehouse operations, mentorship, and experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. Interns learn about warehouse departments and functions while developing leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and may work on improvement projects with a mentor. The position is on-site and pays $22 per hour.
Requirements
- Open only to college students with junior status.
- Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a future leadership role.
- Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
- Perform warehouse functions, including packing, picking, and inventory control.
