Warehouse Management Internship - Summer 2027
About The Position
Uline is hiring a paid Warehouse Management Intern for Summer 2027 at its Lacey, Washington warehouse. The internship provides hands-on training in warehouse operations and exposure to a range of departments in a fast-paced distribution environment. Interns will work with a mentor on warehouse improvement projects, learn how to develop and support warehouse teams, and build skills relevant to a future leadership role. This is an in-person, full-time summer internship paying $22 per hour. Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. The company describes its warehouse facilities as clean and modern and its work environment as positive and collaborative. All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
Requirements
- Open to college students with Junior status only.
- Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams in preparation for a future leadership role.
- Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
- Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking, and inventory control.
