Warehouse Part Time - 2nd Shift Loader
About The Position
Viking Coca-Cola is hiring a part-time, onsite Warehouse Loader for its 2nd shift in St. Cloud. The role supports warehouse and distribution operations by building pallets accurately from pick tickets and meeting department throw-rate goals. The loader operates electric and manual pallet jacks to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse while performing picking duties. The position also supports coworkers with staging, loading, unloading, and organizing products. Warehouse cleanliness and safety are priorities: the loader handles spills promptly, maintains a clean work area, and restocks damaged products. The role contributes to month-end inventory preparation by recording damage and shrinkage according to company policy, suggests operational improvements, and performs other assigned duties. The position offers pay of $18.00–$24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills for counting products and maintaining inventory integrity.
- Ability to read product labels and load sheets to build pallets to specifications.
- Effective communication skills, including clearly conveying directions to the crew.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate equipment such as the baler, crusher, and electric pallet jack.
- Proactive attitude toward identifying improvements in warehouse operations.
