About The Position

Viking Coca-Cola is hiring a part-time, onsite 3rd-shift Warehouse Loader in St. Cloud. The role supports warehouse and distribution operations by building pallets accurately according to pick tickets and meeting department throw-rate goals. The loader operates electric and manual pallet jacks to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse while completing picking duties. The position also supports teammates with staging, loading, unloading, and organizing products. The loader helps maintain a clean and safe warehouse, promptly handles spills, restocks damaged products, and records damage and shrinkage according to company policy in preparation for month-end inventory. The role includes identifying and suggesting operational improvements and completing other assigned duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills for counting products and maintaining inventory integrity.
Ability to read product labels and load sheets.
Effective communication skills, including conveying directions clearly to the crew.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Must be at least 18 years old to operate the baler, crusher, and electric pallet jack.
Proactive attitude toward identifying improvements in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Build pallets accurately according to pick tickets while meeting department throw-rate goals.
Operate electric and manual pallet jacks to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse.
Perform picking duties.
Assist with staging, loading, unloading, and organizing products.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, including promptly handling spills.
