About The Position

The Part-Time 1st Shift Loader supports Viking Coca-Cola’s warehouse and distribution operations. The role builds pallets accurately according to pick tickets and department throw-rate goals, and uses electric and manual pallet jacks to move products and pallets. The loader also helps stage, load, unload, and organize products; maintains a clean and safe warehouse; promptly handles spills; and restocks damaged products. The position contributes to month-end inventory preparation by recording damage and shrinkage according to company policy, and may suggest operational improvements and perform other assigned duties. The job is onsite in St. Cloud, and the posting lists pay of $18.00–$24.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills for counting products and maintaining inventory integrity.
Ability to read product labels and load sheets.
Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be at least 18 years old to operate the baler, crusher, and electric pallet jack.
Proactive attitude toward identifying improvements in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Build pallets accurately according to pick tickets and department throw-rate goals.

Assist with staging, loading, unloading, and organizing products.
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, handle spills promptly, and restock damaged products.
Record damage and shrinkage according to company policy in preparation for month-end inventory.
Suggest improvements to warehouse operations and perform other assigned duties.
Communicate directions to the crew and collaborate with team members.
