About The Position

Viwinco, Inc. is hiring dependable Loaders to hand-load windows and doors. The position involves sorting and loading completed products onto the appropriate truck or trailer in the sequence specified by route sheets, scanning and marking items, and securing loads for transit. Loaders communicate with other departments verbally and in writing and report quality or accuracy issues to a supervisor. The role requires lifting 50 pounds or more. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime or Saturday work as needed. Compensation is $20.00; the posting does not specify a pay period.

Requirements

• Ability to sort and hand-load windows and doors.

Responsibilities

• Sort and hand-load completed items from production onto the corresponding truck or trailer in the appropriate sequence according to route sheets.
• Accurately scan and mark windows as they are loaded onto the truck or trailer.
• Load windows safely and properly to ensure stability and quality during transit.
• Bring quality or accuracy issues to the attention of the supervisor.
• Strap and secure the loaded truck or trailer once a route is complete.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, both verbally and in writing.
