About The Position
CVS Health is seeking a reliable Loader to safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise, verify and protect products, and prepare items for shipment. The role involves using manual or powered equipment as needed, maintaining an organized loading area, following safety procedures, and assisting with general warehouse duties. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours, and is identified as a first-shift role.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of loading techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or loading operations experience preferred (0–2 years).
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers, trucks, or pallets.
- Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before loading.
- Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, or other safety measures.
- Operate manual or powered equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
