About The Position

The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. This labor-intensive role loads bulk and route trucks and requires attention to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Using order sheets, a forklift, and an electronic pallet jack, the Warehouse Loader builds loads, verifies loading accuracy, complies with shipper/receiver documentation, and follows warehouse instructions. The position may involve working across several weather conditions and repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Repeatedly lift a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.
• English language ability.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load designated packages and product flavors from the warehouse into route-truck bays.
• Rotate product on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage product according to RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
• Assist with warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.
• Build loads from order sheets and maintain accuracy while complying with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
