About The Position

The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role loads bulk and route trucks and helps unload incoming trucks, using order sheets to build loads with a forklift and electronic pallet jack. The Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading accuracy, complying with shipper and receiver documentation, following warehouse instructions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place across several weather conditions. The position involves repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Load designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse into route-truck bays.
• Rotate product on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage product according to RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
• Assist with warehouse activities including repacking, inventory, and maintenance.
• Help load bulk and route trucks and unload incoming trucks.
• Build loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, maintaining loading accuracy and complying with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
